SueWholesale is a B2B wholesale supplier of stock clearance goods, such as bulk lots of fashion clothing (e.g., “100 pieces of European-style women’s wear”). All goods are sold in bulk with random styles and sizes.

2. Order Policy

• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary by product (usually 100 pcs or more)
• All products are sold as-is and styles/sizes cannot be selected
• Photos and videos are for reference only; actual items may vary in detail

3. Payment

• All orders require full payment in advance
• We accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfer (bank transfer gets 5% discount)
• Shipping costs must be paid before dispatch; if unknown, product fees can be paid first
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

4. Shipping

• Orders ship in 3–5 working days, unless restocking is required
• Shipping time depends on logistics method: air, sea, land, or express
• We are not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers

5. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final once packed and/or shipped
• No returns for dissatisfaction with style, color, or sizing due to nature of clearance stock
• If you receive completely incorrect goods (e.g., wrong product category), we will resend or compensate after verification

6. Buyer Responsibilities

• Ensure your shipping address and contact info are accurate
• Understand the nature of stock clearance and accept randomness in product mix
• Check products within 3 days of receipt and report any serious issues with proof

7. Use of Information

We may collect contact and business info to process orders and provide better service. We respect your privacy and do not share data with unrelated third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, photos, videos, and logos are property of SueWholesale and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any disputes shall be settled through mutual negotiation or arbitration in China.

10. Changes to Terms

SueWholesale reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the latest version.
