🔁 Can I return or exchange goods?

Because our products are clearance lots (e.g., “100 pieces of European-style women’s fashion”), we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• You don’t like the styles or sizes received
• Items don’t exactly match the photos/videos (all are for reference only)

✅ We guarantee that:

• All goods are new, clean, and wearable
• We remove dirty, damaged, or unsellable items before shipping
• You receive the correct product type as listed

❌ What if I receive the wrong product?

If the product received is completely incorrect (e.g., men’s items instead of women’s), we take full responsibility. You can:

• Receive a replacement shipment at no extra cost
• Request a credit for future orders (case-by-case basis)

📷 Please contact us with photos/videos within 3 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds

• Orders are non-refundable once packed, especially after shipping costs are paid
• We recommend starting with sample lots or small trial orders before large orders

🛑 No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer COD. All orders must be paid in full before shipment to protect both parties.
