1️⃣ What is stock clearance? Why is it so cheap?
📦 Stock clearance means leftover products from factories, cancelled orders, or seasonal overproduction. We resell them in bulk with very low prices, often 1/5 to 1/10 of original cost.
✅ Advantages: Big discount, high profit margin, fast moving stock.
⚠️ Limitations: Styles and sizes are random, and you can't pick each item. But we guarantee all items are new, clean, and sellable.

2️⃣ Can I choose the styles and sizes?
❗Our clearance stock is sold as mixed lots and styles/sizes cannot be selected. For example, we sell bundles like "100 pieces of European and American women's fashion", including random styles and sizes.
📌 Here's why:
- Selecting styles/sizes individually adds extra labor and storage costs.
- Unpopular styles or sizes would be left behind, defeating the purpose of clearance stock.
- Low prices are possible only when the products are sold as-is, without picking.
✅ We remove any damaged or dirty items before packing. You will receive new, clean, and good-quality items. All photos/videos on product pages are for reference only—the real products will have a similar style but not exactly the same.

3️⃣ What products do you sell?
🧥 We mainly sell stock clearance lots of European & American-style women's fashion, men's fashion, and children's wear. Styles include tops, dresses, outerwear, and more. Inventory updates weekly.
4️⃣ Can I visit your warehouse?
🏢 Yes! Our warehouse is located in Humen, Dongguan, China. Visits are welcome by appointment. We suggest a minimum order of 1000 pieces for in-person visits.
5️⃣ How can I get the latest stock info?
🆕 We update our stock list daily on our blog and WeChat. Most offers are valid for 2–5 days. Items marked "长期供货" are available for long-term supply.
6️⃣ What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
📦 Most clearance bundles start from 100 pieces. Some items have MOQ as low as 20–50 pcs. Large orders over 5000 pcs can enjoy private label and customization.
7️⃣ Do you offer samples or small trial orders?
✅ Yes. We have a sample section and some items support small trial orders. Great for testing quality before larger cooperation.
8️⃣ What payment methods do you accept?
💳 We accept PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfer (5% discount if you pay by bank). Full payment is required before shipping. If shipping cost is uncertain, you can pay for products first, then pay shipping after packing (note: packed orders are non-refundable).
9️⃣ How do I track my order?
🧾 You can track your order from your account or ask our support team directly for updates.
🔟 What if I receive something completely wrong?
😟 If it's our mistake (e.g. you ordered summer dresses but got men's T-shirts), we will resend correct items at no extra cost. We take responsibility for such rare cases.

🧵 Yes, for orders over 5000 pieces. Private label and packaging services are available. Extra charges apply.

🚚 Air: 5–10 days | Land: 10–20 days | Sea: 30–60 days. Choose based on your budget and urgency.
1️⃣3️⃣ Why is shipping so expensive?
✈️ International logistics is costly, especially for small orders. Our product prices are very low, but shipping is separate. Bulk orders by sea freight are most economical. If you have your own freight forwarder in Guangdong, we ship free to their warehouse.

📦 Most orders ship within 3–5 working days. Sometimes we need to restock. We’ll notify you in such cases.
1️⃣5️⃣ Do you support cash on delivery (COD)?
❌ Sorry, we currently do not offer COD. To ensure fairness, we require full payment before shipping. In future, local agents may support COD with extra fees.

🤝 We welcome cooperation. After at least 2 purchases and good understanding of your market, we can discuss exclusive or distribution agreements.
