1️⃣ Order Processing Time

Most orders are shipped within 3–5 working days. If certain items are out of stock and need replenishment, we will notify you in advance. Once your order is packed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check your order before confirming.

2️⃣ No Cash on Delivery (COD)

❌ We do not support COD at this time. To ensure fairness and avoid risks from either party, all orders must be fully paid in advance. If the shipping cost is uncertain, you may pay for the products first and settle shipping once packed (note: packed orders are non-refundable).

3️⃣ Shipping Options & Transit Time

• ✈️ Air Freight: 5–20 days. Fast and efficient. Great for small to medium orders.
• 🚛 Land/Truck Shipping: 15–30 days. Mid-cost and regional. Available to selected countries.
• 🚢 Sea Freight: 25–60 days. Most cost-effective for bulk orders.

4️⃣ Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on volume, weight, country, and method. Our product prices are clearance-level and do not include shipping. Thank you for understanding.

If you have a freight forwarder in Guangdong Province, we can deliver to their warehouse for free.

5️⃣ Do You Need a Freight Forwarder?

✅ We strongly recommend you use your own familiar forwarder for smoother communication and delivery.

👍 If you don’t have a forwarder, we can provide logistics options and support. Our team will assist you throughout the process, including customs declaration, clearance, and taxes.

In most cases, our quoted shipping rates are all-inclusive (duties, customs, etc.), unless special circumstances apply, in which case we will notify you.
